5 Things to Know About Touring French’s Point

Published February 27th, 2023

1 – We offer tours of the estate around our reservation periods, to protect the privacy of each of our clients. This means we can typically offer tours Sunday afternoon, and Monday-Wednesday 9 am – 3 pm, with advanced reservation. Sunday afternoon tour times fill quickly.

2 – Allow approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the number of attendees and if the website and package details have been reviewed by the attendees before the tour.

3 – 60% of our reservations are site unseen, by couples that never tour. The virtual tours, galleries, floor plans & website details provide a very detailed overview of the estate, and our reviews don’t lie.

4 – Dress accordingly. The estate has 15 acres and three big homes, we will be doing some walking, so wear comfortable shoes or boots. A portion of our tour will take us outdoors, so dress for the weather.

5 – Tour French’s Point once you have a sense of the preferred date, guest count size, priorities for your wedding, and budget, & after you’ve toured other venues that you are considering. If you tour before you are ready to make a decision, our date availability will be different, because dates fill quickly. We love to be the last venue you visit, so you can see just how much we stand out from the rest & and if our offerings align with your tastes. We want you to know what’s out there in alternative so you can confidently reserve.
