4. Family Tree Garden – Lush scenic garden (hostas, roses & hydrangeas), under a picturesque oak tree canopy with swing & Incredible sunset views. Location: West of the Retreat House Chateau
5. South Terrace – Broad ocean views bordered by gardens (perennials, roses & hydrangeas), with a variety of seating & fire pit on a cobblestone multi tier patio. Location: Adjoining the Retreat House Chateau
6. Oceanfront Lawn – Broad ocean views from a lush green lawn space. Location: South of the Sail Cloth Tent & Retreat House Chateau

22. Bluff’s Edge Gazebo – Broad ocean views from inside a stately gazebo with an elevated perspective at the edge of the bluff, overlooking the Bay, bordered by gas lights & gardens (roses, hydrangeas, lilacs, and potentilla). Location: South of the Retreat House Chateau at the end of the promenade
23. West Gazebo – Charming structure with hydrangea garden with Glorious sunset views over the Sandy Point State Park. Location: West of the Farm House
