East Balcony – Broad Ocean views, bordered by gardens. Location: Main Level Retreat House Chateau, adjoining the dining room
Family Tree Garden – Lush scenic garden (hostas, roses & hydrangeas), under a picturesque oak tree canopy with swing & Incredible sunset views. Location: West of the Retreat House Chateau
South Terrace – Broad ocean views bordered by gardens (perennials, roses & hydrangeas), with a variety of seating & fire pit on a cobblestone multi tier patio. Location: Adjoining the Retreat House Chateau
Oceanfront Lawn – Broad ocean views from a lush green lawn space. Location: South of the Sail Cloth Tent & Retreat House Chateau
Promenade – Broad ocean views, bordered by vast gardens (lilacs, roses, potentilla & hydrangeas), cobblestone walkway lined with gas lights & stately gazebo. Location: South of the Retreat House Chateau and South Terrace
West Private Beach – Broad ocean views from the shore, beneath a canopy of oak trees. Location: South of the Sail Cloth Tent & Retreat House Chateau
Lilac Lane – Elevated views to the East from a path lined with lovely lilacs. Location: South East of the Retreat House Chateau
Bluff Path – Meandering path at the edge of the bluffs & Oceanfront Lawn. Location: South of the Retreat House Chateau
East Terrace – Broad ocean views from a cobblestone patio with fire pit, beneath a canopy of oak trees, bordered by gardens (hydrangeas & Nishiki willow). Location: Above the private beach, to the East of the Farm House
East Lawn – Ocean views from green sloping lawn space, bordered by gardens (Nishiki willow). Location: East of the Farm House, above the East Terrace & Farm Private Beach
Orchard – Elevated forest views of the bordering Sandy Point State Park, offering beautiful foliage in Autumn, with flowering fruit trees in Spring. Location: West of the Farm House, below the West Terrace
West Terrace – Elevated forest & sunset views from a cozy cobblestone patio with fireplace and lounge furniture, under a canopy of bistro lights, bordered by gardens (berries, potentilla, roses & hydrangeas). Location: West of the Farm House, overlooking Sandy Point State Park
Driftwood Lane – Private, descending path from the Farm House down to the East Private Beach, bordered by Nishiki willows & hydrangeas. Location: East of the Farm House, adjacent to the East Private Beach
East Private Beach – Panoramic views from large beach and lawn with game areas, bonfire pit with seating, bordered by roses and hydrangeas. Location: East of the Farm House
Crystal-Lynn Cove – Magical forest canopy with broad views of the harbor & incredible sunsets. Location: West end of the Amazon Trail in bordering Sandy Point State Park, West of the Farm House & Retreat House Chateau

Suite 2 Private Balcony – Panoramic ocean views from an elevated perspective on a partially covered private deck with seating, accessible only from Suite 2. Location: Retreat House Chateau Second Level, Southern view
Bluff’s Edge Gazebo – Broad ocean views from inside a stately gazebo with an elevated perspective at the edge of the bluff, overlooking the Bay, bordered by gas lights & gardens (roses, hydrangeas, lilacs, and potentilla). Location: South of the Retreat House Chateau at the end of the promenade
West Gazebo – Charming structure with hydrangea garden with Glorious sunset views over the Sandy Point State Park. Location: West of the Farm House
West Porch – Beautifully framed ocean views, and overlooks the picturesque Family Tree Garden from this covered porch with rocking chairs. Location: West of the adjoining the Retreat House Chateau Lounge & South Terrace, overlooking the Family Tree
East Porch – Cozy covered deck with ocean views to be enjoyed from porch swings. Location: Main Entrance at the East of the Farm House
Sailcloth Tent – Panoramic ocean views from our classic sailcloth tent. Location: At the edge of the bluff, just West of Retreat House Chateau
