      Follow the path down to our sailcloth tent, where water traces the edge of the lawn and the Maine coast sets the mood for your reception.

      Clear sidewalls roll up on three sides to open the room to the ocean, or stay down to keep out a sea breeze. Inside, up to 200 guests dine and dance on a stone plank-style floor beneath dimmable perimeter and up-lighting.

      South Beach sits a short walk away for sunset portraits. The bluff fire pit waits nearby for anyone who wants to step out under the stars, and a backup generator keeps the music playing no matter what the weather brings.

              Ceremony and dining chairs, tables, bars, and lounge seating arrive ready for your guests. Fire pits and Adirondack chairs dot the estate for evenings outside, while a catering kitchen, backup generators, and our on-site team keep everything running behind the scenes.

              A Weekend of Endless Possibilities

              Allow our abundantly equipped estate to become your very own blank canvas for a curated weekend wedding itinerary. As you start to dream, we hope this itinerary inspires a few new ideas:

              Wednesday

              Settle into your suite as the salt air rolls in and the ocean views stretch out before you. By evening, a private chef sets an intimate arrival dinner on the Beach House Deck, and your wedding weekend begins.

              Thursday

              Sip your coffee in the morning mist as you stroll along the Bluff Path and through the Preserve. Spend the afternoon golfing, sailing, or gathering for a ladies' lunch on the Retreat West Porch, then welcome your guests with a casual food truck celebration at the Farm House West Courtyard and a fire under the stars on the West Terrace.

              Friday

              Start the day with yoga on the Farm House East Terrace, then spend the afternoon at play with a Color Wars competition on the Recreation Lawn, or a swim off the platform at East Beach. Evening brings a quintessential taste of Maine: a lobster bake rehearsal dinner along the Retreat Promenade.

              Saturday

              Get ready with your wedding party in the light-filled Chateau Penthouse and Beach House Preparation Parlors. Say your vows with the ocean as your backdrop, then mingle among the hydrangea gardens of the Retreat South Terrace. Celebrate in the Seaside Tent with dinner, dancing, and a late-night after-party in the Retreat Chateau Speakeasy.

              Sunday

              Wake to a farewell brunch in the Retreat Salon. Take in the view together with your guests one last time. And give each other one last hug before you each depart for wherever your travels take you.
