How Much Does a Wedding Tent Cost to Rent?
One of the most appealing aspects of French’s Point is our gorgeous sailcloth style tent that comes included in the venue fee. With broad views of Penobscot Bay, this semi-permanent event tent with a full floor comfortably holds up to 300 guests. We’re proud to offer this tent as an option for your wedding reception and think its nautical feel fits perfectly with our seaside location. It’s available to any French’s Point client at no additional charge. This provides an INCREDIBLE value. Read on to find out just how incredible.
What if you had to rent the tent on your own? What if the cost of tent rental wasn’t included in the venue fee? Do you know how much it would cost to rent?
Contest Winner and Actual Cost
A few weeks ago, we hosted a contest to see who could guess the cost of a tent rental like ours if you were to rent it yourself for your wedding. We are pleased to announce the winner of this contest, Audrey W., made the closest guess with $30,000.
The actual cost to rent this tent for the weekend: $40,027.38! The fee to rent French’s Point for your event is nowhere near this cost, so this coupled with our service, the beautiful oceanfront setting and all the amenities the Estate House and grounds offer you and your guests, provides a value that cannot be beaten by another venue on the East Coast.
