We offer our entire estate by the weekend, to couples that wish to host an intimate celebration. Our standard reservation is based on events as small as 30 guests and as large as 100 guests. The combination of a smaller guest count, coupled with a celebration that takes place over a long weekend, affords you more time to reconnect with your friends and family, and less overall stress as part of the experience. The outcome of a weekend wedding celebration at French’s Point is a profound, milestone experience you will cherish for a lifetime.

Our couples prioritize privacy, comfort & customization, and understand that these elements while assured at our private estate, are not often provided at alternative resort-style venues. They want to share a piece of New England that holds a special place in their heart, with their family and friends.

Since the 1800s, families have journeyed to midcoast Maine, seeking the tranquility & the restorative effects of the sound of waves lapping the shore & the intoxicating scent of beach roses & pine needles floating on the salty breeze. Ninety years ago, our family settled here, taken with the unaltered beauty. since then, we have worked to return the estate to its former glory & ensure a future for this remarkable place. Today, we continue to share in this tradition & steward the legacy by hosting family milestone celebrations.

The estate is located in the Mid Coast Maine, which offers easy access to additional lodging in a variety of styles to include vacation homes within walking distance that can sleep 60 additional guests & nightly lodging properties within 5-20 minutes, at a variety of price points & styles. The area also provides access to restaurants, shops, & galleries, limitless points of interest & attractions for guests to explore during their time at the estate.

Event Capacity

Our standard event capacity is 30-100 guests (included in the Reservation Fee). The maximum event capacity is 101-150 guests (with applicable Surplus Guest Fee- $2k/event day is applicable & available for limited in-season dates).
