Guest Lodging Contribution

As would be anticipated, guests occupying the onsite lodging at the estate typically contribute/pay for their lodging for the weekend, as the Guest Lodging Contribution, thus reducing the overall Reservation Fee paid by the hosts. As the hosts, you determine how much your guests contribute/pay toward the Guest Lodging Contribution of the Reservation Fee. Above, we have provided what is most common by season.

Wedding Celebration Budget

Due to the individuality of each of our couples’ priorities, the variability of costs for services, & spectrum of guest lists size, there is a resulting broad range of budgets for wedding celebrations at French’s Point. We want to provide an understanding of what an overall wedding budget could be here. The below ranges and averages were provided by several leading wedding planners, with vendors from our Preferred Vendors Guide, for recent weddings. This is the budget for service WITHOUT our Reservation Fee.
