In Season Optional Fees

- Surplus Guest Fee- 30-100 Guests N/A, 101-150 Guests- $2,000/day, 151-200 Guests- $4,000/day
Notes- Events of more than 150 guests require that addition of a Thursday night reservation in the Retreat House. All homes must be included in a reservation.

- Lodging Guests Pay (Lodging Rent) $13k + $1,170 Tax(= $545 x 26 suites for the two night stay)
Off Season Optional Fees
- Guest Lodging Payment Collection Service Fee- $1,500
- Surplus Guest Fee- 30-100 Guests N/A, 101-120 Guests- $2,000/day

Guest Lodging Contribution
As would be anticipated, guests occupying the on-site lodging at the estate typically contribute/pay for their lodging suite for the weekend, thus reducing the overall balance of the reservation fee paid by the hosts. The pricing above suggests what guests pay for their suite for their weekend stay. As the hosts, you determine how much your guests pay for their suite, toward the guest lodging contribution, which results in the reduction of the reservation fee paid by you.
