- Sailcloth Tent: Our beautiful seaside sailcloth tent with sidewalls, a full stone plank-like floor, lighting, tables, chairs, bars, a catering tent, and easy restroom access provides a space for incredible waterfront weddings. Our tent is available May-October.
- Event Capacity: Comfortably host an event of 50-200 guests In-Season (May-October) or 50-120 guests Off-season (November- February).

- On-Site Lodging: Luxury accommodations for you and your VIP guests, offering convenience and comfort in our 26 luxury guest suites within our Three Estate Homes for 40-60 guests. Dogs and children are welcome.
