French’s Point water supply is provided by a very small (89 users) Maine PUC(Public Utility Commission) DWP (Drinking Water Program) regulated provider, The Sandy Point Water Company (PWSID ME0091400). The water source is a natural aquifer, with some of the purest, freshest natural water available. Forget the Poland Springs bottled water & save the waste.
In 1889, Stockton Springs was renamed for the natural springs fed by this very aquifer & for a short time, there was a water bottling company located here in Stockton, just like Poland Springs. In each home at the estate, we provide signs that will inform your guests that the tap water is safe to consume. So forget the disposable water bottles & drink up!
