This cozy beach cottage is only a few doors down from French’s Point Estate and Beach Rose Farm. It can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. It was charmingly restored recently and is a busy little vacation rental cottage. The owner of this cottage also owns the cottage just next door, Compass Rose Cottage.  The property management company for these cottages, On The Water In Maine, will not rent cottages they own to wedding guests anywhere in Maine, as a company policy. Additionally, all cottages that they manage to run on a Saturday to Saturday rental schedule June through September, which cannot be adjusted. However, we have had a number of parents of our couples or couples themselves, rent these cottages for the two weeks around the wedding and make a vacation of their time in Maine.
