The Farm at French’s Point is owned and operated by the Brooks family which owns French’s Point Estate. Guests tell us often that The Farm is part of what made the wedding weekend experience here so special. The Farm is the oldest wooden structure in Waldo county. It has a rich history and was lovingly restored by our family in 2002. In 2003, The Farm became one of the largest vacation rental properties in the State of Maine. It offers lodging for up to 28 guests in 13 bedrooms, all under one roof.

The Farm at French’s Point offers a hybrid of amenities found in an inn and vacation rental. Each of the 13 bedrooms has its own private en-suite bathroom, towels, bedlinens and a TV. Rooms also have amenities like a fireplace, balcony, waterview or private entrance. The house has a gourmet eat-in kitchen and cozy lounge area. Eight acres surround the home and include organic orchards and vegetable gardens, private beach, bonfire pit, BBQ patio with picnic tables, east view terrace and fire pit, west-side terrace, recreation lawn with croquet, horseshoes, badminton, volleyball, and bocce ball. There is a private entrance to the 100+ acre Sandy Point Beach and the walking trail system starts in our “back forty.”

The Farm is offered to one group at a time as a vacation rental, affording complete privacy to you and your guests. It is the perfect place to bring family and friends together for a week or weekend to relax and reconnect in the time between your events at French’s Point Estate.
