The Farm House: The Farm House at French’s Point is a charming & rustic retreat, ideal for hosting large gatherings. With 12 private suites(each with their own en suite bathroom) & plenty of common space, it comfortably accommodates up to 28 guests, allowing everyone to stay together, while maintaining privacy. The cozy living room, complete with a fireplace, creates the perfect atmosphere for enjoying hot cocoa & shared stories. The large dining room with farm tables offers seating for a holiday dinner of all 28 guests. This spacious waterfront home also offers ocean views, expansive grounds with two terraces with fire pits, a courtyard with picnic tables, private beach, sledding hill, & direct access to the Sandy Point State Park that borders the property, making it the ultimate destination for a memorable holiday getaway.

The Retreat House: The Retreat House at French’s Point is a spacious holiday rental ideal for families or groups. Accommodating up to 14 guests, this grand historic home offers six private suites(all with en suite baths) & on the main level, a cozy waterfront lounge with a fireplace, a conservatory with stunning ocean views, a large dining room with a fireplace, all with panoramic ocean views. The penthouse level offers cozy living spaces with fireplaces as well. Guests can enjoy a recreation room, large terrace, fire pits, & direct access to the private beach. It’s a peaceful and luxurious setting for an elegant holiday retreat, by the sea.

The Beach House: The Beach House at French’s Point offers a scenic coastal getaway for up to 18 guests, featuring eight private suites (each with en suite baths). Guests can enjoy ocean views, a spacious living room with a stone fireplace, cozy den with ping pong table, bar & large stone fireplace, a cozy parlor, & a game library. The grounds include a private beach, an oceanfront deck with fire pit, and a cobblestone patio with bistro lights. With modern amenities & a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, it’s a great choice for a holiday retreat.
