Tented Wedding Receptions in Maine

It’s common for people who come to Maine for a destination wedding to consider renting a tent for their wedding. This is because Maine’s weather can be very unpredictable, making cover a necessary element of your outdoor wedding reception. In Maine, there aren’t many venues very close to the water that can accommodate an entire guest list in one room. At French’s Point, we do in fact have a gorgeous reception hall along the water with a capacity of 250.
In addition, as of this summer, French’s Point has just installed our very own Sail Cloth tent on the water! We are so excited to have this wonderful addition to our property for couples to use for their summer and early fall weddings!
